Virtually all of the world’s vineyards are located between the latitudes of 28° and 50°, both northern and southern hemispheres.

Wines

As wine is our passion we have created a slightly unusual selection. Rather than try and offer a comprehensive range of every type of wine, we want to take you on a journey of discovery. We have a range of 15 red and 15 white wines by the glass, carafe and bottle. These are all wines we like, believe are drinking well, offer good value and are interesting. This list will change frequently, and give you a chance to try a variety of wines over time, whilst introducing you to different grapes and wine making styles.

We will also feature a wine maker of the month, and have a range of their different wines, some by the glass.

Finally we have our Collector List. We have many friends who own fine wine and we are fortunate that some have agreed to allow us to sell their wine on consignment, for drinking in the restaurant. This allows us to offer some mature vintages from a range of great winemakers, all of which we believe are drinking well. This structure means we sell the wine to you at fair prices and you can drink older wines not often seen in restaurants and wine bars.

If you have some interesting wine you may want to sell through us, please speak to Xavier. The wine must be in perfect condition, stored well and with a good provenance. We offer prompt payment when sold and a few perks in the restaurant.
