Hailing from Cognac in France, Simon moved to London in 2016 to join 28°-50° as a sommelier. Bringing years of experience managing restaurants and 5-star hotels in Cognac region, Simon quickly rose through the ranks at 28°-50°, taking on the role of Restaurant Manager in 2018. Simon is passionate about delivering exciting and innovating dishes and wines, alongside exceptional service.
Julien BarisHead Chef
Having grown up in the world-renowned Bordeaux region of France, Julien’s love of premium cuisine and world-class wines was instilled from a young age. After honing his craft in the kitchens of a number of Michelin-starred restaurants in France, Julien moved to London to work as Head Chef at Aubaine, before joining 28°-50° in 2014. Now Head Chef, Julien leads a skilled team of talented chefs to deliver delicious, seasonally-led Modern European dishes.
