Virtually all of the world’s vineyards are located between the latitudes of 28° and 50°, both northern and southern hemispheres.

The most northerly vineyard in the northern hemisphere is at Horten, Norway at 59.7°. The wine is not commercially available.

The most southerly vineyards in the southern hemisphere are in Central Otago, New Zealand at 45°

A degree of latitude is approximately 69 miles.

Here at 28-50 we are a small but passionate team whose sole aim is to deliver great wine, food and service.

We are constantly on the lookout for people with character and personality who share our passion for delivering food and wine. If you feel you have the personality and right attitude, we will give you the training and skills required, whether this be in wine, service or cooking.

We have an exciting New Opening of 28-50 in the West End of London and are looking for the following positions:
